Hello,



When ever someone shoots at me or I shoot at someone (it's maybe the blood?) I get HUGE FPS drops. Normal running around in a city I am 40-50fps, which I think is sad to begin with, but as soon as shots start to fly my game freezes for 2-3 seconds then has 5 fps for another 10s then it levels out...

Specs;

Intel i7 7700k

16gb Corsair 3200mhz RAM

500gb SSD (game and OS installed)

R9 280x (3gb GDDR5)

PRIME Z270-A Motherboard

Anyone else experiening this?
